NUMBER OF GUESTS:

Maximum 20 guests, or alternatively an entire school class.

*Decorations in the hall are not included. This is only a suggestion for how the hall can be decorated.*

FOOD AND DRINK

There are no dining facilities in the hall, so we recommend creating goodie bags with items like cake/muffins, pizza rolls, a small drink, and/or candy to hand out to guests at the end of the party, once everyone has left the changing rooms.

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

The party lasts 1.5 hours and will be full of fun activities in the gym hall throughout. The celebration is organized by our birthday host.

Meet outside our basement entrance with the guests at the time of your booking. The birthday begins with a welcome, a review of the hall rules, and a warm-up led by our host. After that, there will be open play with guidance from our host. The birthday child’s parents are required to be actively involved to ensure the rules are followed. If desired, we can end the activities with time for gift-opening.

CANCELLATION

A doctor's note must be provided to receive a refund for cancellations.

We do not refund the fee for birthday parties canceled less than one week before the scheduled date (an administration fee of 200 NOK will be deducted). Cancellations must be sent by email to tt@trondhjemsturn.no.
