BIRTHDAY GYMNASTICS IN MIDTBYEN, GYM HALL

During the birthday celebration in the gym hall, you have access to both the gym with equipment and our gymnastics café, where you can set up for food service.

PRICE: 2050 NOK

*Decorations in the hall are not included. This is only a suggestion for how the hall can be decorated.*

NUMBER OF GUESTS:
Maximum 20 guests, or alternatively an entire school class. Guests' parents may sit in the gallery if desired.

FOOD AND DRINK
In the gymnastics café, you can set up for dining with the food you bring. You will be responsible for organizing the meal yourselves.

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION
The birthday begins with the host going over the rules and leading a group warm-up. After this, free play with gymnastics is arranged, where our host will guide and assist with the activities based on the birthday child’s wishes. Dining is organized by the parents, in coordination with the host.

PACKING LIST FOR THE BIRTHDAY

- Plates, cups, napkins, and any necessary utensils for the meal
- Cake, candy, and any other food
- Make sure all guests bring their own water bottles!
- Comfortable clothing

A trainer is included in the price.

GYMNASTICS CAFÉ

The gymnastics café is usually open Monday-Thursday in the evenings, allowing you to take a closer look at the facilities before the birthday.

Our newly renovated gymnastics café is well-suited for a pleasant meal, with access to a refrigerator, stove, pots, coffee maker, and waffle iron.

If you would like to decorate before the party begins, you can arrive 15 minutes early (please note that there may be cleaning from other activities/birthday parties taking place at the same time). The gymnastics café must be tidied up 15 minutes after the end of the birthday celebration, including wiping down the countertops and tables before you leave.

CANCELLATION

A doctor's note must be provided to receive a refund for cancellations.

We do not refund the fee for birthday parties canceled less than one week before the scheduled date (an administration fee of 200 NOK will be deducted). Cancellations must be sent by email to tt@trondhjemsturn.no.
