BIRTHDAY PARTY IN MIDTBYEN, APPARATHALLEN

During the birthday celebration at Apparathallen, you have access to both the Apparathallen and our *Forturner Room*, where you can set up for dining. You are responsible for bringing your own food and drink.

PRICE: 2250 NOK

NUMBER OF GUESTS
Maximum 20 guests, or alternatively an entire school class. The guests' parents are allowed to stay in the hall.

FOOD AND DRINK

In the Forturner Room, you can set up for dining with the food you’ve brought. You will be responsible for organizing the meal yourselves.

The Forturner Room does not have a kitchen.

BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

The birthday celebration starts with 60 minutes of active gymnastics in the Apparathallen, before concluding with delicious food, candy, and/or snacks in the Forturner Room.

Our birthday host will greet you upon arrival. The birthday host will organize the welcome and activities in the hall. You will handle the meal and any gift-opening.

We require a minimum of one adult who knows the children/young people attending to be present in the hall.

PACKING LIST FOR THE BIRTHDAY

- Plates, cups, napkins, and any necessary utensils for the meal
- Cake, candy, and any other food
- Make sure all guests bring their own water bottles!
- Comfortable clothing

A trainer is included in the price.

*Birthday bookings must be made at least one week before the birthday date.*

FORTURNER ROOM

The Forturner Room is located on the second floor above the gymnastics café and serves as the association's "meeting and party room." The room has a large, long table with ample seating for all birthday guests.

If you would like to decorate before the party begins, you can arrive 30 minutes early. The room must be tidied up 15 minutes after the end of the birthday celebration, including wiping down the tables before you leave.

*Please note that on Saturdays, if you are booking from 18:45-20:30, the Forturner Room might not be available for decoration before 19:15 if there is a birthday party scheduled before yours.

CANCELLATION

A doctor's note must be provided to receive a refund for cancellations.

We do not refund the fee for birthday parties canceled less than one week before the scheduled date (an administration fee of 200 NOK will be deducted).
