Our old gym hall in Midtbyen, also known as the "gymsalen", is Norway's oldest sports hall that still hosts sports activities. Here, we organize classes for children up to 13 years old. We also have weekly training sessions for our recreational and veteran groups.

On Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays, we offer rental of the gym hall with a full gymnastics setup to kindergartens and schools . It is a fantastic opportunity to have an organized gymnastics session or to let the children practice through free gymnastics/play.

On all other days, there is no fixed setup of apparatuses and equipment, making the gym hall well-suited for various activities such as birthday parties, corporate training, physical education, and more. The gym hall can be used for individual activities without renting a coach.
